- Mware Solutions BV provides (“Mware”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the suite of tools, applications and services, known together as “IMS”.

What personal data do we keep and how do we use it
- We at Mware can get your personal data when you leave a request for information about our products or a trial on our website. Your data is stored in Zoho CRM.
When you purchase a License for use of the IMS, you share your personal and company data to be able to process the contract (we use Docusign to sign contracts), invoices and payments (we use Wefact, more info on their privacy policy and accounting software (Unit4, more info about their privacy policy. All of them claim to be GDPR compatible and treat your personal data according to the law.
However you need to understand that after you make a purchase we will have to keep your personal data for up to 5 years due to Dutch tax service requirements.
Also you can write us support tickets in the support center (using Intercom) in the IMS or create them by sending email to [email protected]. We also use Skype (check the Privacy page) to chat with you.
We will keep history of conversation as a regular personal data and commercial data. Our conversation is for internal use only.
If you ask us to change information on your invoices, we can store your name, email, tax ID and address in our database.
If you use IMS the actions of the system users are. It includes user ID, IP address and time.
Cookies policy
We use cookies to identify you on our website. This technology is used for keeping browser session so that we can be sure that it is you who have logged in. Also some services that we use can leave cookies (see below about them).
Third party services
We use several services, we embed their javascript on our website and they collect some information about you: Google Analytics and Intercom. For more information about their privacy policy, please read Google GDPR compliance, Intercom.
When you visit our website and ask for more information about our products, you share contact details with us which is stored in Zoho CRM. For more information please read at ZohoCRM.
Mware uses Mailchimp to deliver marketing emails to you. We give them your email, name and language. For more information about their privacy policy, check their webpage Mailchimp policy.
Whom can we pass your personal data without asking you?
We can give your personal data only to police and only by request from a court, printed on a paper. If we get such request for information, we will inform you and a copy will be kept for you.
Security
Your personal data is stored in our database securely. We do not share your information with anyone else except specified above. Following measures are made to ensure your data safety:
Minimal list of employers can access your data and only what they require for work
We only use third party software and services that are compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
